What is it that drives us through our lives ? Author argues that we have three different types of motivation namely, Motivation 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 respectively. Motivation 1.0 is what comes out of our natural evolutionary process. Things that help in our survival. Motivation 2.0 is the carrot and stick motivation.

Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions
Author: Dan Ariely Rating: 5/5
I have not read any works of Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky, the pioneers of behavioral economics. I am not sure how easy it would be to read them. But I must say that this book has certainly piqued my interest for behavioral economics. It is a very interesting and fascinating field. This is an insightful book about the human behavior.
